Ann was the listing agent. Three weeks after that original call, we were completely finished with the transaction! Ann did an incredible job of sheperding this transaction through to completion. She went above an beyond which was so critical for me, as I was buying the home without ever seeing it. I live in New England, and my brother who will occupy the home is handicap. She assisted me with arranging inspections, repairs, upgrades, remodelling, etc. The hardest part of buying a home remotely in Hattiesburg is setting up the utilities. They want you to be there in person to establish service. Ann even went so far as to deliver my new deed to the utility companies as my in-person proxy to establish service for the house!
